Hand-built from cedar and heated with an electric stove topped with stones, our traditional Finnish sauna reaches temperatures near 200°F. Pouring water over the stones creates gentle steam, adding humidity and enhancing the heat’s restorative effects. It’s a simple, natural practice for active recovery.
